Beyond her duties as an instructor, Debbie handles both enrollment and all other actions that happen throughout a students time while attending. Debbie streamlines the admissions process so students can get started on their journey to a promising career in cosmetology. With her nurturing quality, Debbie excels at one-on-one interaction with students, always available for student support, and assisting in any way she can.

NICOLE HALLGRIMSON

Fashion forward cuts, and extensions

Graduating high school and beauty school at the same time gave Nicole a head start in her cosmetology journey. Nicole built a steady clientele in a high end salon while obtaining her teaching license. Following in the family's footsteps she began teaching along side her grandparents and mother. In 2011 Nicole and her mom opened Elite School of Beauty. Nicole enjoys helping students cut and style intricate looks.  Her true passion with teaching is in hair cutting. Following in her grandfather's footsteps she has an ability to teach that makes it easy for students to understand.  Nicole teaches the basic fundamentals and advanced techniques that put students in the top running for job placement. One such technique is the skillful art of installing, cutting, and styling extensions. Nicole loves getting to know and help students along their journey at Elite. Along with her love of teaching, Nicole values her own education, participating in advanced classes and hair shows to remain up-to-date on current trends. Although hair and fashion seem to be her passion, her true love is poured into her two little boys and husband. 

KAILE HALLGRIMSON

Cuts, color, extensions, hair cutting

From the time she was a teenager attending a cosmetology program designed for high school students, Kaile set her sights on a career in the beauty industry. After graduation, Kaile transferred to beauty school where she continued her pursuit of becoming a licensed cosmotologist and formed a relationship with Debbie and Nicole Hallgrimson.

Kaile maintained a full clientele while working in a fast pace salon before enrolling in Elite School of Beauty's Cosmetology Cadet Instructor Course. Kaile obtained her teaching license with a 100% score on her exam and began her instructor career. Growing relationships with students and guests while teaching has been a passion of Kaile's for quite some time. From coloring to cutting, hair design is something that Kaile excels teaching. Students enjoy working side by side with her while learning many new techniques, including make-up and waxing. Kaile offers extra classes for our Elite students teaching them current methods and introducing new products.

AMI MULCAHY

Color, extensions, and helping students be the best they can be

Ami graduated from Elite School of Beauty as a cosmetologist and returned to become an instructor. She has been an asset to the Elite team since the beginning.

She does it all at Elite. From the clinic floor, to theory, to the freshman classroom. She has a fantastic relationship with all of her students. Ami helps them learn all aspects of cosmetology from beginning to end. Her way of teaching is one on one which is beneficial to our student body here at Elite School of Beauty. Her passion for coloring and cutting is easily taught and passed on while she instructs. She has an eye for style and a way of teaching that allows the students to easily gain the knowledge they need to succeed in the industry. Ami also prepares the students to take and pass their state board licensing exams!
